Energy follows awareness.

Even though you may not be able to see it with your physical eyes, our thoughts are things.

Absolutely everything in existence is energy in motion. This includes our thoughts and emotions — what we perceive as the materially intangible.

The stuff you can’t see but in one moment blows a hole in your heart and in another brings you to your knees in tears of joy.

That. That stuff is energy coursing through our being and creating our experience.

Our awareness — what we give our attention and focus — is the guiding force for our individual energy and therefore the reality we each experience.

Of course, there is a collective component to our daily interactions, but each one of us acts as the vibrational compass directing our life moment by moment.

 

When we point our attention at something in our experience, the energy flows through us, is amplified by our emotions, and literally constructs our physical experience.

Sounds like magic, right?

But it isn’t. It’s physics.

Physics — a la the fabric of the universe — the holographic, fractal nature of the unified field and how it interacts with consciousness — which we are finally beginning to understand in a way that we can use.

Do you understand the impact of this? We now have the knowledge necessary to not only become the creator of our experience but literally bend space and time.

But I digress.

Actively choose your focus and emotions based on what you would like to grow in your life.

 

Back to the power of your focus.

So, energy follows awareness and is imbued with that vibration.

Your focus is the seed which you select for your ongoing creation — your experience — and you water, nurture and grow it by giving it more attention and emotion.

You are saying, “This matters to me. Give me more.”

Remember, reality is at your command.

And by continuing to choose seeds that enhance your world — not the seeds that your parents chose — not the seeds that the mainstream media picks — and not even the seeds that your neighbor believes is relevant— I mean to proactively go deep inside of yourself, decide what is truly valuable to you and your creation, and invest in those seeds.

Decide for yourself. And be passionate about it. Dive in and command your reality to be.

All day.

Every day.

That’s sovereignty. And that’s power.

And, please, don’t become distracted by the shiny things in life.

All that glitters is not gold. Don’t continue to fall for that trick. It’s the oldest in the book and it’s tired, old and flat-out boring. A big fat snooze.

We are fractals of All That Is having a physical experience for expansion — believe me, you can have as many Ferrari’s as you want, but you aren’t here for that. You are the Ferrari. You just haven’t figured that out yet.

Choose your focus and so it is.

So choose your focus, rather than have it decided by another. And nourish and nurture your creation with your ongoing attention to the seeds which you have planted.

Do this and before you know it, your seeds will have blossomed into the lush garden of your dreams.
