Why the Future of Business Will Surf the Wave of Consciousness

What if, you could change your competitive strategy to your cooperation strategy?

What if, you could shift your perspective from taking market share to collaboration?

What if, you discovered that your success can be found within you?

What if, you realized that innovation is about quieting your mind and finding the connection to the field or source of all information?

What if?

These are the questions that I am asking myself. These are the inner dialogues and conversations that will set in motion an unprecedented expansion within the corporate arena.

 

This is the source of the disruptive change we all seek.

The paradigm shattering discussions, and the thought leaders who generate them, are and will continue to be focused on our now leading-edge, unified interpretation of consciousness and how we can use this knowledge to transform our business models and strategies, and ultimately our world.

I have undergone a personal metamorphosis that irrevocably altered my perspective from being a Wall Street focused, Wharton graduate to a perpetual sensei of consciousness. Although I value my previous experience and the wisdom it provided, I now know that a deeper and broader understanding of consciousness and my inner world is paramount to all of humanity and future generations, both on a personal and professional level.

Out with the old, in with the new.

I have been reflecting back on the case studies I analyzed in b-school around corporate strategy. And, I quickly realized that we are asking ourselves the wrong questions. There is a quickly diminishing and declining rate of return to our intense and constant focus on beating the competition, taking market share, and increasing our equity value.

The new enlightened path before us requires us to reevaluate and find our true source of strength and ability to thrive, which is this field of consciousness and infinite access to knowledge. The business strategy for this path requires aligning with collaboration, providing mutual benefit and a deeper connection within our market share and to our clients, and increasing the worth we place on integrity and the higher values we hold dear.

The new paradigm business model is based upon resonance, vibration and accessing innovation from within.

 

 

So now I ask the question, how can I best serve both myself and the world? And, how can I continue to expand my inner world and connection to consciousness to contribute, collaborate and leave the world a better place for it.

And these are the questions which will transform the current corporate landscape, and deliver us to revolutionary new methods of growing our businesses and livelihoods.

We have crossed a pivotal threshold in the history of mankind. Science and Spirituality have converged. We have scientific evidence that ancient philosophies have been telling us for millennia.

The Unified Field. 

Everything in existence is inextricably woven together by an infinite field of subatomic particles, vibrating, giving and receiving information, and creating our experience. We can no longer separate business and industry from philosophy and esoteric knowledge.

We are all connected by one field of consciousness. The Unified Field. This is where we are and where we are going.

Although we are only seeing sprouts of this understanding and truth begin to materialize in the way we currently do business, I know that a deluge of change is headed our way.

The innovators in all industries will embrace this knowledge, leverage the Unified Field, and drastically alter the corporate paradigm.

This source of all information has its own intelligence, is self-organizing, and is governed by laws of resonance and vibration. These universal laws tell us that cooperation, collaboration, and accessing our inner world will take us further and farther than competition, control and greed ever could or would.

I will let you in on a little secret here…

All of our power, all of our potential, and all of our ability to prosper and flourish as a collective, as a nation, as a business, and individually lies within our freedom to choose to come together, to cooperate, to share, to honor our differences, and to access this infinite field of possibility. This is truth.   

And, you can say “That’s not possible. She is living in a dream world, a panacea of a construct that does not exist. Look around you. All that I see is darkness and avarice. Nothing will ever change.”

But, I ask you to look closer. Look deeper beyond the confines of what is, to see the truth.

Why is this happening now?  

And you could say, “Why now? Just because we have evidence behind the power of consciousness and our unbreakable connection doesn’t mean anything will change.”

Spirituality and Science have intersected.  

We are now at the intersection of Spirituality and Science. This convergence provides us with proof of the existence and power behind consciousness. This has never happened before on this level and to this degree. Up until now, consciousness or The Unified Field was primarily considered from a philosophical perspective, and its importance diminished by lack of scientific evidence. This is no longer the case.

We are at the end of the road with our current model.

Our current methods are no longer working. The old paradigm thinking of “survival of the fittest” has run its course and usefulness. That methodology has served its purpose and it’s now time to relegate those ideas to the “thank you for the learning experience, but it’s time for a new way” bin. Done. Played out.

Do you see my point?

Humanity, in general, and the corporate world specifically is at a crossroads where we must choose a new path or become extinct. And the power of the human spirit to transcend what is not working, embrace the new, and transform is self-evident in the history of our country and our world.

That’s what we do. It’s in our DNA.

The Collective Consciousness of Humanity is ready for the next octave in evolution.  

But, let’s just say that competition, control, greed and struggle was still a productive model. Even if this were true, I know that humanity has another plan. A strategy that is built into the collective consciousness, which cannot be stopped.

Like the surge of a wave off the coast of Tahiti, the consciousness has a new plan for us, which we can either hop on our boards and ride, or get caught inside and end up in the torrent of the beach break.

 

 

Either way, we will survive. But don’t you want to be on top of the swell, so you can ride the wave with ease, thrive and prosper?
