The process of personal growth and transformation could not be more relevant at this moment in time.
Not because it’s a fad or everyone else is doing it. But because when you engage in an ongoing practice of discovering who you are and what you believe, you can then make conscious choices.
And, instead of being at the whim of life’s challenges, you begin to become the creator of your experience; the architect of your reality.
But this process involves a sort of death. A letting go of who we thought we were, so that we can become more of who we truly are.
This reminds me of the mythological Phoenix Rising from the Ashes. And, this archetype is a very powerful one as we continue our journey of self-discovery.
Archetypal Construct of the Phoenix for Your Own Evolution
The lustrously plumed bird of mythology willingly self-immolates, lighting its own funeral pyre, and is reborn from the ashes. The Phoenix literally bathes in the fire of transformation and regeneration. Death and rebirth. Death and rebirth. This is the process. You have to be willing to die to yourself, to be the person you want to become.
